Description: Nothing says summer quite like baseball! Join DSNMC staff on Wednesday, July 12, as we cheer on the Bethesda Big Train, a team of college all-stars from across the country who play in the Cal Ripken League during the summer. DSNMC has the honor of being selected for “Nonprofit of the Night,” which we’ve been given a block of 100 tickets to share with our members and supporters. One DSNMC member will throw out the ceremonial opening pitch!
The Bethesda Big Train will play against the Baltimore Dodgers. The gates at Bethesda’s Povich Field open at 5:30 p.m. and the game starts at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are free to DSNMC members and sponsors, but registration is required.
Since 2009, the Big Train Nonprofits of the Night program has been supported by the Jim and Carol Trawick Foundation.
