 genres such as ballet\, jazz\, modern\, and more. Instructors from Metropo
 litan Ballet Theatre and Academy will have students work on gaining streng
 th and coordination all while exploring their artistry and creativity. Eac
 h week students will learn fun choreography designed for DSNMC that explor
 es many of the new dance techniques and moves learned in each class.\n\nSt
 udents should wear comfortable clothing\, such as leggings and t-shirts. W
 hen selecting clothing\, please keep in mind that the participants may be 
 doing some upside-down movements. Participants should be barefoot or wear 
 ballet slippers\, and may bring a water bottle with them to class\n\nTo re
