 n of Program Support Specialist at the UpCounty Infants and Toddlers offic
 e. Sara began her career with MCPS as a first-grade teacher in 2007 and tr
 ansitioned to the Infants and Toddlers program 18 years ago. In 2016\, she
  took on her current role as Program Support Specialist at MCITP UpCounty.
 \n\nBrigid Meyer began her career at MCPS in 2006 as a physical therapist 
 within the Infants and Toddlers Program. In 2015\, she transitioned to sch
 ool-based physical therapy services\, where she worked not only with the P
 reschool Education Program but also provided special education services fo
 r many students aged 3 to 21. Brigid returned to MCITP from 2019-2022. Bri
 gid later obtained certification as a special education teacher and worked
  in an elementary school before taking on her current role as the Instruct
 ional Specialist in the Office of Special Education\, Division of Prekinde
 rgarten\, Programs and Services.\n__________\n\nEsta presentación abordará
  la transición de los Servicios de la Parte C (Bebés y Niños Pequeños) a l
 os Servicios de la Parte B (Servicios Escolares) para los niños que cumple
 n tres años. Cubriremos el proceso de transición\, los servicios disponibl
 es\, qué esperar durante este cambio\, responderemos preguntas frecuentes 
 y ofreceremos una oportunidad para preguntas y respuestas.\n\nPresentadora

  Actualmente ocupa el cargo de Especialista de Apoyo al Programa en la ofi
 cina de Bebés y Niños Pequeños de UpCounty. Sara comenzó su carrera en MCP
 S como maestra de primer grado en 2007 y se incorporó al programa de Bebés
  y Niños Pequeños hace 18 años. En 2016\, asumió su cargo actual como Espe
