Our  22 ^nd Annual Step UP for Down Syndrome Walk is in the books! On a beautiful fall day, we had 52 teams and approximately 550 people join us , including walkers, exhibitors, sponsors, and honored guests. Together, through donations, sponsorships, registrations, and merchandise sales, we've brought in nearly $170,000 to support DSNMC!

DSNMC is seeking an experienced consultant to help build a sustainable healthcare education and outreach initiative. The project will connect community knowledge with clinical expertise to strengthen the information, resources, and support available to healthcare professionals serving people with Down syndrome across the lifespan.

 

The consultant will help DSNMC identify its most useful opportunities for healthcare outreach, develop a phased strategy, pilot provider education, and prepare staff to continue the work. This is an opportunity to shape a new initiative with practical benefits for individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and the professionals who care for them. Proposals are due by November 21.

Come and join us for our last 0-4 playgroup of the year at MOCO Movement Center ! Families can connect and chat with a licensed therapist while the kids enjoy playtime. Please note that participation is capped at 20 people; 10 children and 10 parents.
