Each day until World Down Syndrome Day on March 21, we are highlighting a wonderful member of our community (21 Days of Ability). Today we'd like you to meet Abby!

"I like spending time and cooking Mexican food with my friends. I also like playing with Maggie, my black and white labradoodle. I go to the Sunshine Project's Day Program where I learn to make sushi, set tables, canva, zumba and ZamDance. I work at Bitty and Beau's in DC every Saturday. I also go to cheerleading and Spirit Club two times a week. On Friday nights, I like going to happy hour for dinner, dancing and mocktails. I went to Montgomery College for two years where I took classes in math, science, communications, English and Art. In the future, I would like to attend UMD. And, BTW, I have a crush on my friend named Jordan from Camp Pals!"
