Each day until World Down Syndrome Day on March 21, we are highlighting a wonderful member of our community (21 Days of Ability). Today we'd like you to meet Helen!

"I am valuable—invest in me! I am 16 years old and a student at Seneca Valley High School, where I am part of the softball team. I bring dedication and teamwork to everything I do, whether on the field, in the classroom, or at work. My favorite class is Theater because I love performing and had the exciting opportunity to be in Charlotte’s Web. Beyond school, I work at SwimLabs, where I greet families, check kids in, and help them get to their lessons. This May, I will take lifeguard training so I can teach swimming—helping others gain confidence in the water. I am always learning, growing, and pushing myself to do more. With the right opportunities and support, I can achieve anything. Invest in me, and I will show you the incredible things I can do!"
