Administrative and Family Resource Coordinator
Angela is a proud member of the DSNMC community. Driven by her personal journey as a new mother to twins, Noah and Madelyn, Angela found comfort and support in the DSNMC network. Madelyn was diagnosed with Down syndrome at birth in 2023. This pivotal moment sparked Angela’s desire to connect families with the resources and support they need, ensuring they are not alone.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Sciences and pursuing her Master's in Public Health from the University of Maryland, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. Angela's professional background in safety training coupled with her current position as a Quality Assurance Training specialist at a Biotechnology company, reflects her commitment to excellence and making a difference.
Angela is also passionate about content creation and sees it as a powerful tool for educating the community about Down syndrome. Her goal is to raise awareness and promote inclusivity.
In her free time, you can find Angela nuzzled up in a good book or exploring new coffee spots.
