In the Teen/Adult Dance class, Metropolitan Ballet Theatre & Academy will introduce students to the fundamentals of dance technique while exploring different genres such as ballet, jazz, modern, and more. Students will work on gaining strength and coordination all while exploring their artistry and creativity. Each week students will learn fun choreography designed for DSNMC that explores many of the new dance techniques and moves learned in each class.

Students should wear comfortable clothing, such as leggings and t-shirts. When selecting clothing, please keep in mind that the studennts may be doing some upside-down movements. Participants should be barefoot or wear ballet slippers, and may bring a water bottle with them to class,

There will be no class on March 17th, and the registrants are instead invited to watch a performance of Coppelia.
