This program is designed for people with Down syndrome and other Intellectual and Developmental disabilities ages 16+.
This interactive workshop, led by well-known Sex Educator and Author Terri Couwenhoven, is designed for teens and young adults who are interested in dating but have little experience. Basic (and necessary) steps for starting a dating relationship are shared. You will learn ways to decide if a relationship you are in is healthy or unhealthy. Using checklists and real life examples of relationships, we will discuss when to continue or stop relationships.
