Each day until World Down Syndrome Day on March 21, we are highlighting a wonderful member of our community as part of our 21 Days of Ability campaign. Today we feature Alisha, age 25!

"I am a part time Server Assistant at Congressional Country Club. I like to play piano and swim. I participate in the Special Olympics in cycling, swimming, snowshoe and bocce. In June, I will be going to the Special Olympics World Games in Berlin, Germany. My event is cycling. I am very excited to be part of Special Olympics Team USA. I want to bring home medals!"
